iPhone X

Release date: 3rd November 2017
Price: $1,579

The Good:
The iPhone X has been a huge improvement from the previous iPhone models. Packing huge improvements in hardware as well as aesthetics. A larger display, face recognition, animoji, wireless charging and a better camera, a few hundred bucks extra might actually be worth it.

The bad:

An obvious removal of the home button can be annoying for some. Aesthetically, the curved part on the top of the screen means the phone isn't an optimised screen. Lastly, the obvious huge price tag meant unaffordability for many Apple users, meaning iPhone X could drop sales in iPhones.

Xbox One X

Release date: 7th November 2017

Price: $649

The Good:

Microsoft's move into the 4K world has definitely made a $300+ upgrade worth it. Watching 4K movies has been pretty amazing itself, but 4K gaming is next level. Aesthetically the one X is incredibly smaller from the original One, and this is the biggest plus, as it packs huge hardware specs into a small powerful machine - oh and did we mention its quiet?

The Bad
This is the most expensive Xbox console to date, meaning many users would resist an upgrade due to budget constraints. Users are also required to get a 4K display, as without it getting this console wouldn't make sense.

Tom Tom Runner

Release date: November 2013

Price: $179

The Good:

The heart rate monitoring works quite well, suitable for many fitness apps. The GPS tracking also works great, including support from many location tracking apps. Battery life is amazing, lasting for almost just over a week.

The Bad
Its display isn't the most advanced, unlike competitors from Apple and Samsung. It lacks features and can often lack user-friendliness for amateur users.

Google Glass

Release date: 5th April 2012

Price: $1,500

The Good:

Google glass is the only technology that offers you a complete hands-free experience. It makes your life easier and keeps you connected 24/7.

The Bad:
Studies show that Google glass may potentially strain your eyes or give you a headache. This tech could also poise as a distraction when you're walking, riding or driving.
